  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • A refund may be requested if the transfer has not yet been processed or delivered to the recipient
    • If the recipient’s details are incorrect and the transfer has not been claimed, you may request a cancellation and refund.
    • Refunds are not applicable once the recipient has received the funds.                      
  • Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (bank card, bank transfer, or mobile wallet).
    • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.                                                 
  • Fee & Deduction
    • Transaction fees and exchange rate differences may apply and are non-refundable.
